  1. We speak to you and get an estimate for your annual heating oil usage/cost.
  2. An estimate of your monthly cost based on the current oil price is drawn up and agreed with you.
  3. You fill out a Direct Debit mandate and return it to us via email.
  4. Over the course of the year, we monitor and adjust your account to make sure you aren’t paying too much or too little. (minimum of 1-month notice if we are changing your DD).
  5. Sit back and relax knowing you won’t have any large one-off bills to pay.

VAT

Domestic users are charged at 5% VAT for anything below 2300 litres. Above this quantity, VAT is charged at 20%.

Commercial users are charged at 20% VAT.

How much oil do I need?Heating Oil Dipstick

The amount you require will depend solely on the size of your oil tank as well as current oil level.

This can be easily estimated using a dipstick to measure the level and comparing it to the size of your tank knowing the volume it holds.

Remember, ordering greater volumes heating oil often leads to cheaper prices per litre.

Please note, by law, the minimum volume you can order is 500L.
